Manufacturing works located at Medavakkam, Chennai with state of the Art facilities. The Marketing Team is based in the factory to enable close co-ordination with the Customer Service Department and thus approach near to 100% customer delight.

All business activities are computerized. We have in place an ERP software for Order Processing. Every Department is provided with a good no. of LAN connected Desktop PCs, the communication being vide cc mails.

Our Corporate / Head Office is based in Alwarpet, Chennai. Our Finance and Accounts Team operate from our Head Office. We have a network of branch Offices located in Dubai, Mumbai, Vadodara and Pune. Our Top Management comprises of Stalwarts in the flameproof equipment technology. Their valuable guidance and knowledge sharing ensures a high level of performance on part of the middle and lower management.

We have a well-defined Organization structure with a structured reporting pattern. We have a dynamic, self-driven and highly motivated team of employees, who work for a common goal. Yearly performance appraisal is carried out for each and every individual employee. The Management presents awards and certificates to employees who have out performed on the occasion of Dussehra festival.

As ours is an ISO 9001:2000 certified Company, we have regular Management Review Meetings and Quality Objectives monitored for each Department. In the year 2008, we obtained ATEX certification for our manufacturing facility and for some of the products. We are also in the process of implementing 5S. We have earned from our esteemed customers accolades for sporting a systematic approach towards our deliverables.

We have an Engg. & Design Section comprising of a team of talented Engineers who continuously work on the cost saving ad product design modification projects. We have a simulation software which exerts internally hydraulic pressure inside the casting and subjects it to the desired test level pressure for the specified time duration. Thus any modification in casting design first has to withstand the simulation test.

Factory : Manufacturing Division comprises of
1. Machine Shop equipped with state of the Art imported Vertical Machining Centres, CNC turning centers, lathes, drilling machines, etc. On which operations like drilling / tapping, burr removal and machining of flame path are done.
2. Paint Shop: We carry out spray painting / powder coating
3. Glass pasting Section: The process of cementing the glass to the Cast Al LM6 body is done
4. Panel Assembly Section: The assembly of electrical components into panels and building of the panels along with in process and final testing, is done in this section.
5. Electrical and Electronics Assembly Section: As the title mentions, the assembly of all electrical and electronics products is carried out in this section.
We have a QC function, Engineering and Design Function and Panel Design function which together reinforce the quality and reliability of our products.

Warehouse : Our warehouse spanning in an area of 660 sq meters is well organized and is equipped with the modern material handling equipment.
