Product launch : Exp RADOME

Baliga Lighting embarked on a unique, first time ever product called RADOME for the hazardous area. This is installed on an oil platform in India.

It comprises of a leak proof FRP dome which envelopes the radar. The Exp panel houses the electrical controls. On pressing the start button on the panel, compressed air is purged out from the dome up to 5 times it’s inner volume. Post that the outlet solenoid valve closes and compressed air is filled up in the dome so as to maintain the inside pressure just above the Normal atmospheric pressure. Thus the radar is protected from the hazardous atmosphere at all times.
